AE3 Media manages a comprehensive and well-respected programme of business-to-business (B2B) events that deliver critical information to targeted mortgage broker and/or IFA audiences in a wide range of niche and mass mortgage sectors.

The portfolio of events covers the full gamut from multi-venue conferences for the adviser on the coal face, to strategic business forums for business leaders to drive the agenda of the lender/distributor relationship, as well as the health of the intermediated mortgage market, and large scale awards schemes and ceremonies which acknowledge and reward excellence in the marketplace.

As well as running a calendar of open market events, AE3 Media also produce and manage a series of roadshows and events on behalf of trade bodies and distributors, including Legal & General, AMI and IMLA.

Broadly speaking, the events within the portfolio can be split into three groups: Conferences, Senates, and Awards.

Conferences provide an opportunity for businesses and individuals alike to come together to share best practice, gain insights and network. The objective is to deliver a thought provoking, engaging and valuable environment that allows advisers to get a clearer understanding of the market challenges and opportunities, to learn new skills, engage with lenders and with peers to drive a better outcome for their customers. AE3 Media has delivered conferences of all sizes, for a plethora of audiences and across numerous locations. Examples of conferences delivered by AE3 Media include The Mortgage and Protection Event, the Buy-to-Let Market Forum, The Specialist Lending events and the Later Life Lending conference.

Senates are smaller scale, invitation only, events tailored to specific audiences with the purpose of bringing together senior leaders within the industry to share knowledge and strategies to deliver sustainable future growth and the optimum consumer experience through the intermediated channel. Examples of senates we deliver include the British Mortgage and Protection Senate, the British Specialist Lending Senate and the British New Homes Mortgage Senate.

Awards are structured around recognising the achievements of the best individuals and firms who are setting the standard in the industry for others to follow. Examples of awards AE3 Media deliver include The British Mortgage Awards, Equity Release Awards, NatWest Local Mortgage Hero Awards, and the Legal and General Mortgage Club Awards.

Contract publishing

At AE3 Media, the team produce regular contract publishing initiatives for lenders and key mortgage distributors. These communications are delivered via events, digital assets, and physical content. Our independently branded activity forms a critical part of our customer’s communication programmes proving a highly effective way of promoting engagement with customers.

Interestingly, due to the variety of brands in AE3 Media’s portfolio, there is opportunity to deliver contract publishing contracts to fulfil needs for business (B2B) and consumer (B2C) audiences, as well as materials for businesses to utilise with consumers (B2B2C).
